Seaweed Pressings
I love a walk along the beach and coming home with a pocket full of things to sketch.... or just put on windowsills! So to collect seaweed from the strandline and press it is a joy. Each piece is so different and it's really interesting to learn the names. Most of the pieces here are seaweeds I press are collected from around West Sussex. I had a solo exhibition at Littlehampton Museum where more than 20 of my pieces were on display. I also ran several workshops demonstrating and talking about seaweed pressing.
